Parking Lot - Almost Done

Our paving crew accomplished a lot in just a few days time. They dug up and carted away the old asphalt, excavated multiple soft spots, filled in with new gravel, and then packed and graded the entire surface. They also laid the first, rough layer of new asphalt, so that we'd have space to park cars for weekend Masses. Our contractor wants to leave the base layer to settle for at least one week before returning to  lay the final surface layer. After that they will reline the entire lot, adding three or four handicap spots next to the Chapel Entrance. Thank you for your patience.
